FEAR STRICKEN WITH CORONA PANDOMIC, MOTIHARI COURT CHANGES SCHEDULES

MOTIHARI : On the direction of Patna High court, the East Champaran district civil court has changed its office hour from 6 am to 10 am in morning from Wednesday and all shops in the campus of civil court has been closed to avoid public gathering here against the spread of Coronavirus .
District and session judge Krishna Shankar Singh Sengar called a meeting of lawyers and all judicial officers and discussed the measures to avoid spread of Coronavirus.

All the judicial officers and lawyers were unanimous on the need to to take every possible precautions against coronavirus –both as individuals and as communities . Shesh Narayan Kanwar , president and Kanhaiya Kumar Singh president and secretary respectively of Bar association and Rajiv Kumar Dwiwedi, co chairman of state bar council Patna welcomed the advisory of High court. Out of abundance of caution for the safety of public , litigants , judicial officers and employees of courts to prevent
the spread of Covid-19 only urgent matters would be put up in court and court will give next date in cases easily to the litigants.
