Sister ‘eloped, brothers punishes co villagers for helping " love bird"

MOTIHARI: In what can be termed as the most shocking incident. Two minor girls along with a young woman was beaten mercilessly in  “Talibani Style’ being tied with rope at Dumari village under Sugauli police station. The villagers remained mute spectators and filmed video of all the incident and made it viral on social media on Tuesday.

Station house officer (SHO) of Sugauli police station Akhileshwar Mishra told that a women Budhiya Devi along with Angad Sahani son of Bihari Sahani has been arrested soon after police got the information that Bihari Sahani’s two sons beating their sister along with a women and  a girl of the same village. Police said that Bihari Sahani’s daughter reported to have eloped with a boy belong to a neighboring village- the reason behind the incident.

After a few days, the family somehow recovered the girl and on her statement one Anita Kumari, wife of Manoj Thakur of Dumari ward 3 and her daughter was forcibly picked up from their house and got tied in a ‘Machan’- a bamboo made sitting arrangement for villagers. Mother and daughter are alleged to have helped the lover in eloping the girl.

   Parmendra Sahani and Angad Sahani both son of Bihari Sahani started beating all three in black and blue in presence of all villagers.

A youth out of villager made stealthily video to all the acts and made it viral on various social media flat forms.
