Questions over Nepal-based experience claim cast shadow on Assistant Professor appointment process at Mahatma Gandhi Central University

MOTIHARI: Fresh controversy has surfaced around the ongoing faculty recruitment process at Mahatma Gandhi Central University (MGCU), with allegations relating to the authenticity of an experience certificate submitted by Dr. Sneha Chaurasia for the post of Assistant Professor drawing attention within academic circles.

Documents accessed by Border News Mirror (BNM) indicate that Dr. Chaurasia had submitted an experience certificate purportedly issued by a Nepal-based management college, claiming nearly seven years of teaching experience. 

However, an independent verification conducted by the newspaper has reportedly raised questions regarding both the duration of service and the salary details mentioned in the document.

Sources associated with the Nepal institution, requesting anonymity, claimed that Dr. Chaurasia had worked there only for around six months. They further alleged that the salary figures reflected in the certificate appeared inconsistent with the institution’s pay structure, maintaining that even senior faculty members were not paid salaries of such scale in Indian currency.

The controversy intensified after another set of employment-related documents surfaced during the investigation.

 The records allegedly show that Dr. Chaurasia was associated with a school in Motihari during the same period for which the Nepal-based experience was claimed. 

The overlapping timelines have prompted demands for an official verification of the credentials submitted in the recruitment process.

The latest allegations have also revived discussion over earlier controversies linked to Dr. Chaurasia’s tenure as Guest Faculty at MGCU. 

University sources and former students alleged that complaints regarding her classroom conduct had earlier been submitted before the administration. Audio clips purportedly related to those allegations had circulated locally at the time, though the university did not publicly disclose the outcome of any internal inquiry.

Sources familiar with the matter claimed that more than 40 students had earlier raised concerns regarding her conduct, following which her engagement as Guest Faculty was reportedly discontinued.

Neither Dr. Chaurasia nor university authorities have issued an official response to the allegations so far.
 The controversy is expected to intensify as concerns over transparency and verification in academic appointments continue to attract wider attention.

MOTIHARI : In a significant breakthrough along the sensitive Indo-Nepal border belt, the Bihar Police has uncovered an alleged interstate arms smuggling module operating in East Champaran district.

Acting on specific intelligence inputs, a joint team led by the Dhaka police carried out a raid that resulted in the seizure of two pistols, a country-made firearm, two magazines and five live cartridges, according to an official statement issued by the office of the Superintendent of Police, Motihari.

Two women were arrested during the operation, while efforts are underway to trace and apprehend other members of the network believed to have links across the border region.

The operation assumes significance given the strategic and security sensitivity of the Indo-Nepal frontier, where illegal movement of arms and contraband has remained a recurring concern for enforcement agencies. Officials indicated that sustained surveillance and coordinated field intelligence played a crucial role in the success of the raid.

Police sourfces attributed the swift action to the active monitoring of Sikrahana DSP and the close operational coordination maintained under the leadership of East Champaran Superintendent of Police Swarna Prabhat. The involvement of STF personnel alongside local police units reflected a multi-agency approach aimed at dismantling organised criminal networks in the border districts.

Investigators are now examining possible interstate and cross-border connections linked to the recovered weapons.

मोतिहारी: ढाका(सिकरहना) स्थित एसीजेएम विवेक कुमार मिश्रा की अदालत ने एक महत्वपूर्ण मामले में कड़ा रुख अपनाते हुए एसडीपीओ, सिकरहना उदय शंकर के आचरण पर गंभीर टिप्पणी की है। 
एक मामले मे पारित आदेश में अदालत ने स्पष्ट रूप से कहा है कि संबंधित पुलिस पदाधिकारी द्वारा न्यायिक प्रक्रिया में हस्तक्षेप और कानून के निर्धारित प्रावधानों की अवहेलना प्रथम दृष्टया सामने आयी है।

अदालत के आदेश के अनुसार, पचपकड़ी थाना कांड संख्या 153/2025 में एक आर्म्स लाइसेंस को जांच अधिकारी द्वारा जब्त कर जप्ती सूची बना दी गयी, जिससे वह न्यायिक अभिरक्षा में आ गया।
 इसके बावजूद एसडीपीओ उदय शंकर द्वारा लिखित आदेश के माध्यम से जांच अधिकारी को बिना न्यायालय की अनुमति के उक्त लाइसेंस को रिलीज करने का निर्देश दिया गया। अदालत ने इसे न केवल अधिकारों का दुरुपयोग माना, बल्कि अधीनस्थ अधिकारियों पर अवैध दबाव बनाने का प्रयास भी बताया।
मामले में अदालत ने एसडीपीओ से स्पष्टीकरण भी मांगा था, लेकिन पर्याप्त अवसर दिए जाने के बावजूद कोई संतोषजनक जवाब प्रस्तुत नहीं किया गया। 
इतना ही नहीं, 24 फरवरी 2026 को अदालत द्वारा एसडीपीओ सिकरहना और पुलिस अधीक्षक, मोतिहारी से विस्तृत रिपोर्ट भी तलब की गई थी, लेकिन अब तक कोई तथ्यात्मक रिपोर्ट अदालत को प्राप्त नहीं हुई है।
अदालत ने अपने आदेश में कहा कि एसडीपीओ का यह आचरण न्यायिक प्रक्रिया में अनावश्यक हस्तक्षेप और विधि द्वारा निर्धारित प्रक्रिया के विपरीत है। प्रथम दृष्टया यह भी प्रतीत होता है कि उन्होंने एक लोक सेवक के रूप में अपने कर्तव्यों का निर्वहन करते हुए कानून के निर्देशों की जानबूझकर अवहेलना की, जिससे न्याय प्रशासन प्रभावित हुआ।
कोर्ट ने यह भी उल्लेख किया कि उदय शंकर का यह कृत्य भारतीय न्याय संहिता, 2023 की धारा 199(b) एवं धारा 208 के तहत दंडनीय अपराध की श्रेणी में आता है। 
पूर्व मे जुड़िसियल मजिस्ट्रेट विवेक कुमार उपाध्याय ने इस मामले मे स्वतः संज्ञान लिया था.  समन के बाद भी एसडीपीओ कोर्ट मे उपस्थित नहीं हो सके थे.
संज्ञान की धाराओं के तहत लोक सेवक द्वारा जानबूझकर कानून की अवज्ञा करना और न्यायालय के आदेश की अनुपालना में अनुपस्थित रहना गंभीर अपराध माना जाता है। अधिकारी को जेल भी जाना पड़ सकता है.
साथ ही, सर्वोच्च न्यायालय के विभिन्न निर्णयों का हवाला देते हुए अदालत ने कहा कि यदि कोई लोक सेवक अपने अधिकारों का दुरुपयोग करता है और उसका कृत्य उसके आधिकारिक कर्तव्य से संबंधित नहीं है, तो उसे कानूनी संरक्षण प्राप्त नहीं होता।
इस पूरे मामले ने प्रशासनिक कार्यप्रणाली और जवाबदेही पर गंभीर सवाल खड़े कर दिए हैं। अब निगाहें इस बात पर टिकी हैं कि आगे इस मामले में क्या कानूनी कार्रवाई होती है और संबंधित अधिकारी पर क्या कदम उठाए जाते हैं।

मोतिहारी। पूर्वी चंपारण जिले के हरसिद्धि थाना क्षेत्र में अपराधियों का दुस्साहस थमने का नाम नहीं ले रहा है। गायघाट चौक स्थित हार्डवेयर व्यवसायी कामता मिश्र पर हुए जानलेवा हमले के मामले में पुलिस द्वारा शूटर की गिरफ्तारी के दावे के बीच अब एक बार फिर उनके घर पर अंधाधुंध फायरिंग की घटना ने पूरे इलाके को दहला दिया है। घटना स्थल पर खबर लिखें जाने तक अरेराज डीएसपी रवि कुमार और स्थानीय थाना कैंप कर रहे है।

पूर्व में पुलिस ने कामता मिश्र को गोली मारने वाले शूटर अंकित कुमार सिंह को गिरफ्तार किया था। वह फेनहारा थाना क्षेत्र का निवासी बताया जा रहा है। पुलिस उससे पूछताछ कर इस मामले में शामिल अन्य अपराधियों की तलाश में छापेमारी करने की दावा की थी।  पुलिस का दावा था कि जल्द ही पूरे गिरोह का खुलासा कर लिया जाएगा।
गौरतलब है कि 30 मार्च, 2025 को गायघाट कोल्ड स्टोरेज के सामने स्थित अपनी हार्डवेयर दुकान में बैठे कामता मिश्र पर बाइक सवार तीन अपराधियों ने घुसकर गोली चला दी थी। इस हमले में वह गंभीर रूप से घायल हो गए थे और उन्हें इलाज के लिए मोतिहारी भेजा गया था। इस घटना के बाद पुलिस पर त्वरित कार्रवाई का दबाव था।
लेकिन ताजा घटना ने कई गंभीर सवाल खड़े कर दिए हैं। जब पुलिस एक शूटर को गिरफ्तार कर चुकी है, तो फिर दोबारा उसी व्यवसायी को निशाना क्यों बनाया गया? क्या असली साजिशकर्ता अब भी पुलिस की पकड़ से बाहर हैं? आखिर कौन है जो लगातार कामता मिश्र की जान का दुश्मन बना हुआ है? क्या पूर्व की घटना में पूरी सच्चाई सामने नहीं आ सकी?
ग्रामीणों में इस घटना को लेकर भय और आक्रोश दोनों है। उनका कहना है कि अपराधियों का मनोबल इतना बढ़ गया है कि वे पुलिस को खुली चुनौती दे रहे हैं। वहीं, पुलिस एक बार फिर जांच और कार्रवाई की बात कर रही है।
इस बार गुरुवार के ढेर रात अँधेरे मे हमलावर कुछ बाइक पर सवार हो कर आये और जम कर फायरिंग की।
अब बड़ा सवाल यही है कि क्या इस बार पुलिस केवल गिरफ्तारी के दावे तक सीमित रहेगी या वास्तव में पूरे नेटवर्क का पर्दाफाश कर क्षेत्र में कानून का राज स्थापित कर पाएगी। लगातार हो रही घटनाओं ने सुरक्षा व्यवस्था पर गंभीर सवाल खड़े कर दिए हैं।

मोतिहारी। मोतिहारी में STF जवान की शहादत के बाद पुलिस ने अपराधियों के खिलाफ निर्णायक अभियान छेड़ दिया है। जिले के एसपी स्वर्ण प्रभात के नेतृत्व में पुलिस अब केवल सतही कार्रवाई तक सीमित नहीं है, बल्कि पूरे आपराधिक नेटवर्क की जड़ें खोदने में जुट गई है। इस दिशा में आज प्राथमिकी दर्ज करते हुए पांच अन्य लोगों की गिरफ्तारी की गई है, जिससे स्पष्ट है कि कानून व्यवस्था को चुनौती देने वालों के खिलाफ अब कोई नरमी नहीं बरती जाएगी।

मोतिहारी के चकिया थाना क्षेत्र के सिहोरवा गांव में कुख्यात अपराधी कुंदन ठाकुर और STF के बीच हुई मुठभेड़ के मामले में पुलिस ने तेजी से कार्रवाई करते हुए आधा दर्जन से अधिक लोगों को अभियुक्त बनाया है। अब तक पांच आरोपियों की गिरफ्तारी हो चुकी है और उनसे गहन पूछताछ जारी है। पुलिस सूत्रों के अनुसार, कुंदन ठाकुर जिले के एक बड़े आपराधिक गिरोह से जुड़ा था और हाल के दिनों में अपना अलग गैंग बनाकर इलाके में दबदबा कायम करने की कोशिश कर रहा था।

जप्त हथियारों की गंभीरता से जांच कर रही पुलिस

मुठभेड़ के दौरान इस्तेमाल किए गए हथियारों की पुलिस गहन जांच कर रही है। यह पता लगाने का प्रयास हो रहा है कि पिस्टल और कार्बाइन जैसे हथियार कहां से आए और इन्हें किसने उपलब्ध कराया। इसके साथ ही यह भी जांच का विषय है कि कुंदन ठाकुर को किसका संरक्षण प्राप्त था। पुलिस को आशंका है कि इस मामले में कई और लोगों के नाम सामने आ सकते हैं।

संत तिवारी, उनके बेटे और कुंदन ठाकुर के साले भी गिरफ्तार

पुलिस ने इस मामले में संत तिवारी, उनके बेटे और कुंदन ठाकुर के साले को भी गिरफ्तार किया है। उनसे यह जानने की कोशिश की जा रही है कि उन्होंने अपराधियों को अपने घर में क्यों पनाह दी। एक ही स्थान से भारी मात्रा में हथियारों की बरामदगी कई गंभीर सवाल खड़े करती है, जिनका जवाब तलाशने में पुलिस जुटी है।

पुलिस ने कुंदन ठाकुर से जुड़े अन्य व्यक्तियों की पहचान कर ली है और उनकी गिरफ्तारी के लिए लगातार छापेमारी की जा रही है। अधिकारियों का कहना है कि पूरे आपराधिक नेटवर्क को ध्वस्त करने के लिए व्यापक अभियान चलाया जा रहा है, ताकि क्षेत्र में शांति व्यवस्था पूरी तरह सुनिश्चित की जा सके।

इस सख्त और सुनियोजित कार्रवाई से यह साफ है कि मोतिहारी पुलिस अपराध के खिलाफ जीरो टॉलरेंस की नीति पर काम कर रही है। STF जवान की शहादत को व्यर्थ नहीं जाने दिया जाएगा और अपराधियों को उनके अंजाम तक पहुंचाना ही इस अभियान का मुख्य उद्देश्य है।

The protest witnessed participation from a large number of journalists, reflecting growing discontent within the fraternity over unmet promises.

Protesters reiterated their key demands, including the immediate implementation of a journalist pension scheme, free health insurance, housing facilities for landless journalists, and the enactment of a comprehensive journalist protection law.

 They also called for the formation of an elected accreditation committee with authority over advertisement policies, arguing that such reforms are essential to ensure transparency and independence in media operations.

The association highlighted that similar welfare schemes are already operational in states like Madhya Pradesh, Haryana, Telangana, and Maharashtra, and urged the Jharkhand government to follow suit.

 It also recalled assurances made by Hemant Soren prior to the Assembly elections regarding the fulfillment of these demands within a stipulated timeframe.
Despite more than a year having passed since the formation of the current government, the journalists alleged that no concrete steps have been taken. 
They warned that if their demands continue to be ignored, they would be compelled to intensify their agitation in the coming days.
The protest concluded peacefully, with a renewed call for dialogue and swift government action to safeguard the rights and welfare of journalists in the state.

मोतिहारी। भारत–नेपाल सीमा से सटा पूर्वी चंपारण जिला लंबे समय से चरस, हेरोइन, गांजा और हाशिश जैसे खतरनाक मादक पदार्थों की तस्करी का अहम रास्ता माना जाता रहा है। समय–समय पर पुलिस की कार्रवाई में बड़ी मात्रा में नशे की खेप बरामद होती है, लेकिन कमजोर अनुसंधान और कथित मिलीभगत के कारण कई मामलों में तस्कर अदालत से राहत पा जाते हैं। ऐसे घटनाक्रम न केवल पुलिस की कार्यशैली पर सवाल उठाते हैं, बल्कि सीमा क्षेत्र की सुरक्षा व्यवस्था पर भी गंभीर हमला करते नजर आते हैं।
ताजा मामला सुगौली थाना क्षेत्र का है, जहां 21 मार्च को टोल प्लाजा और बंगरी गांव के पास से करीब 80 किलो चरस और गांजा बरामद किया गया था। उस समय तत्कालीन एसपी कांतिश मिश्रा ने तस्करों के साथ प्रेस कॉन्फ्रेंस कर इसे बड़ी सफलता बताया था। लेकिन अदालत में सुनवाई के दौरान अनुसंधान में गंभीर खामियां सामने आने के बाद तीनों आरोपियों को रिहा कर दिया गया।

बताया जाता है कि सुगौली के तत्कालीन थानाध्यक्ष मुन्ना कुमार ने बरामदगी के आधार पर प्राथमिकी दर्ज की थी और मामले की जांच पुलिस अधिकारी शंभु साह को सौंपी गई थी। यहीं से लापरवाही या साजिश के आरोपों की शुरुआत होती है। पुलिस ने 90 दिन से पहले चार्जशीट दाखिल तो कर दी, लेकिन जब्ती सूची तैयार करने वाले मजिस्ट्रेट का बयान केस डायरी में दर्ज नहीं किया गया। इसके अलावा दो अलग-अलग जगहों से बरामदगी होने के बावजूद सिर्फ एक जगह का सैंपल ही जांच के लिए भेजा गया। इन कमियों के आधार पर अदालत ने आरोपियों को “बेनिफिट ऑफ डाउट” देते हुए रिहा कर दिया।
सुगौली में इससे पहले भी एक चौंकाने वाला मामला सामने आ चुका है, जब रेलवे स्टेशन से बरामद करीब 24 किलो चरस अदालत पहुंचने तक ईंट में तब्दील पाया गया था। उस प्रकरण में जब्ती सूची बनाने वाले तत्कालीन सीओ कुंदन कुमार समेत जीआरपी और आरपीएफ के कई अधिकारियों पर आर्थिक अपराध का मामला दर्ज किया गया था।
इसी तरह रक्सौल के एक मामले में 11 किलो चरस बरामदगी के बावजूद साक्ष्य के अभाव में उच्च न्यायालय से आरोपियों को जमानत मिल गई थी। उस समय पुलिस पर निर्दोष लोगों को सड़क से उठाकर फंसाने तक के आरोप लगे थे।
लगातार सामने आ रहे ऐसे मामलों ने यह सवाल खड़ा कर दिया है कि क्या सीमा क्षेत्र में तस्करों को वर्दी की छत्रछाया मिल रही है। हालांकि, एसपी स्वर्ण प्रभात ने पूरे मामले को गंभीरता से लेते हुए तीन सदस्यीय जांच टीम गठित की है। 
टीम एक सप्ताह के भीतर रिपोर्ट देगी, जिसके बाद यह साफ हो सकेगा कि 80 किलो चरस बरामदगी मामले में हुई चूक महज लापरवाही थी या इसके पीछे कोई बड़ा गठजोड़ काम कर रहा था।

The East Champaran police have ordered a probe after three accused arrested in a case involving the seizure of 80 kg of charas were released, raising questions over the investigation and prosecution in the matter.

The role of the then investigating officer (IO), the station house officer (SHO) of Sugauli police station and the prosecution officer will also be examined as part of the inquiry.

East Champaran superintendent of police Swarn Prabhat has constituted a three-member committee to investigate the case. The panel comprises the DSP (Headquarters), the cyber DSP and the Sadar SDPO.

According to police records, the alleged seizure was made on March 21, 2024, in the Sugauli police station area. An FIR (No. 123/24) was registered under the provisions of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances (NDPS) Act, and three persons were arrested in connection with the case.
Given the large quantity of the contraband, the case was considered a serious instance of organised drug trafficking.

However, the matter came under scrutiny after the three accused were subsequently released by the court. Their release has triggered questions regarding the quality of the investigation and the handling of evidence.
Police sources said the quick release of the accused in a case involving such a large seizure points towards possible lapses in investigation or weak prosecution.
Preliminary inputs suggest that there may have been procedural shortcomings in the preparation of the seizure list, documentation of evidence and the case diary. It is also suspected that the prosecution may not have been able to present a strong case before the court.
The inquiry committee has been tasked with examining whether the seizure of 80 kg charas was properly documented, whether any irregularities occurred during the investigation process and whether negligence or possible collusion played a role in the release of the accused.

Officials said the panel will scrutinise all relevant documents, including the seizure memo, case diary and other evidence, and may question the officers associated with the investigation.
Based on the findings, departmental action, suspension or even the registration of a fresh case could be recommended against those found responsible.
Drug seizure cases in East Champaran have drawn controversy in the past as well, and the outcome of the latest inquiry is likely to be closely watched.

 Hailing from Chhoudadano village - under East Champaran district in Bihar—the land immortalised by Mahatma Gandhi’s first major satyagraha in India—Kumar’s political rise in Scotland carries deep historical symbolism.

Much like Mahatma Gandhi’s transformative years in South Africa shaped his philosophy of justice and non-violent resistance, Kumar’s journey abroad has forged his political identity. 

Gandhi’s struggle against racial injustice in South Africa laid the moral foundation for his later leadership of the Champaran Satyagraha in 1917, where he stood with oppressed indigo farmers against colonial exploitation. 

Today, more than a century later, a son of Champaran is drawing inspiration from that legacy—this time on Scottish soil.

Prof. Kumar, an academic, economist and geopolitical commentator, has been selected as a regional list candidate for Scotland’s Parliament. A strong advocate of Scottish self-determination, he argues that sovereignty is essential to tackling the cost-of-living crisis, housing pressures and energy inequality. He frequently highlights what he calls the “paradox of Scottish energy”—a resource-rich nation where many households still struggle with heating costs.

His politics emphasise public ownership, fair pricing and a just transition for workers—principles that echo Gandhi’s belief in economic justice and dignity for the marginalised. टोल प्लाजा संचालक एवं आसपास के स्थानीय लोगों का आरोप है कि वायरल वीडियो में दिख रहे लोग स्थानीय चिकित्सक डॉ. श्रवण कुमार और उनके साथ आए कथित समर्थक हैं। आरोप है कि डॉ. श्रवण कुमार अपने लोगों के साथ टोल प्लाजा पर पहुंचे और कर्मचारियों को धमकाया।
बताया जा रहा है कि विवाद की जड़ फास्टैग से बार-बार पैसे कटने को लेकर है। टोल संचालक के अनुसार, डॉ. श्रवण कुमार और उनके साथ आए लोग डंडों के साथ टोल प्लाजा पहुंचे और जान से मारने की धमकी दी।

मोतिहारी। पूर्वी चंपारण जिले में अपराध के विरुद्ध चलाए जा रहे अभियान के तहत कोटवा थाना पुलिस को बड़ी सफलता हाथ लगी है। कोटवा थाना क्षेत्र में हुए अपहरण कांड का पुलिस ने महज दो घंटे के भीतर सफल उद्भेदन कर लिया। त्वरित कार्रवाई करते हुए पुलिस ने तीनों अपहृत व्यक्तियों को सकुशल बरामद कर लिया, जबकि घटना में प्रयुक्त स्कॉर्पियो वाहन के साथ दो अपहरणकर्ताओं को भी गिरफ्तार किया गया है।

पुलिस अधीक्षक कार्यालय, पूर्वी चंपारण से जारी प्रेस विज्ञप्ति के अनुसार, दिनांक 28 जनवरी 2026 की रात्रि पुलिस को सूचना प्राप्त हुई थी कि सफेद रंग की स्कॉर्पियो वाहन से कोटवा थाना क्षेत्र अंतर्गत एनएच-95 के पास से तीन व्यक्तियों का अपहरण कर लिया गया है। सूचना मिलते ही पुलिस अधीक्षक ने मामले को गंभीरता से लेते हुए त्वरित कार्रवाई का निर्देश दिया। इसके बाद कोटवा थाना के नेतृत्व में एक विशेष टीम का गठन कर छापेमारी शुरू की गई।

तकनीकी अनुसंधान, मोबाइल लोकेशन और गुप्त सूचना के आधार पर पुलिस टीम ने मोतिहारी जिले के विभिन्न संभावित ठिकानों पर छापेमारी की। लगातार प्रयास के बाद पुलिस ने अपहरण में प्रयुक्त स्कॉर्पियो वाहन (वाहन संख्या BR01UN5944) को बरामद कर लिया। इसी क्रम में अपहरण कांड में संलिप्त दो आरोपियों को गिरफ्तार किया गया।

गिरफ्तार अभियुक्तों की पहचान
नरेश कुमार, पिता – चंद्र साह, निवासी – जगनिया, थाना – पिपरा, जिला – पूर्वी चंपारण तथा तेजस्वी राज, पिता – प्रेमचंद यादव, निवासी – जगनिया, थाना – पिपरा, जिला – पूर्वी चंपारण के रूप में की गई है।

पुलिस की इस त्वरित और सटीक कार्रवाई से अपहृत किए गए तीनों व्यक्ति सुरक्षित बरामद किए गए हैं। बरामद व्यक्तियों से पूछताछ की जा रही है, ताकि अपहरण के पीछे के कारणों और अन्य संलिप्त लोगों की जानकारी मिल सके। पुलिस ने बताया कि इस कांड में शामिल अन्य संदिग्धों की पहचान कर ली गई है और उनकी गिरफ्तारी के लिए लगातार छापेमारी की जा रही है।

इस सफल अभियान में कोटवा थाना पुलिस की अहम भूमिका रही। पुलिस अधीक्षक ने पूरी टीम के कार्य की सराहना करते हुए कहा कि जिले में अपराध और अपराधियों के खिलाफ सख्त अभियान लगातार जारी रहेगा। उन्होंने स्पष्ट किया कि कानून व्यवस्था से खिलवाड़ करने वालों को किसी भी सूरत में बख्शा नहीं जाएगा।
