MOTIHARI: Ghorasahan Gunners shot dead two members of a family at Lalua village under Ghorasahan police station clinging porous indo Nepal border in Bihar’s east champaran district. Police said the deceased were identified as Amit Kumar Yadav and Gama Ray-relative to one another. Police took the body and send them to Motihari Sadar hospital for autopsy. Soon after the incident Motihari SP Navin Chandra Jha reached the spot and inquired in to the midnight shoot out. He talks with kith and kin of victims and given necessary instructions to Ghorasahan SHO Akhilesh Prasad Mishra. SHO Mishra said that police have filed a FIR on the basis of the written complain of Tapeshwar Ray, father of one of the deceased Amit Kumar Yadav in which as many as 13 villagers have been made named accused in the case. According to FIR, accused persons including women barged in to the house of deceased and shot dead both from close blank range in their heads killing them on spot. Police said that incident occurred at around 10.30 in which a long pending property dispute led the blood bath. The shooters was residing outside of the village visited the village in night and killed both of them.
If complainant is to be believed, at the time of incident, they were taking the heat of bonfire at the door, when Rajeshwar Rai, Kameshwar Rai, Suraj Kumar, Lalbabu Rai, Chunmun Devi, husband Lalbabu Rai, and Rajan Kumar, Surshanti Devi Pati Raju Rai, Raju Rai, father of Late Kapil Dev Rai, Pramod Rai, Jhapas Rai, Rajeshwar Rai, Raju Rai, Subhash Rai visited with arms and executed both of them. “ It was a property dispute among the children of two wives of one Hira Ray’, villagers said.
