MOTIHARI: Orderliness, neatness and cleanliness have long been cherished dreams of Mahatma Gandhi, when father of nation visited here in the way back in 1917 and had  undertaken ‘Champaran Satyagrah’ that is understood to be the first disobedience movement against British Rulers.

“Being motivated with Gandhi’s dreams to clean netizens of Champaran, where indigo planters were persecuting poor farmers forcing them to plant indigo, we have initiated this massive sanitation programs among school children. The government school children in Bihar are supposed to be of having impoverished background but passionate to get education”, said Yamuna Sikariya, an educationists in Motihari played as chief guest in the function.

He was interacting with a large numbers of children on the occasion of “Mission 57”, an flagship expedition of Bihar Marwadi Yuva Manch aimed at to clean the state. Nominated by Governor of Gowa Mridula Sinha, Brand ambassador of Nanendra Modi’s swakchata Abhiyan as Swakchata ambassador , the organization has undertaken the same event in all 57 branches of Marwadi yuva manch across the state,he said.

Organized in the premises of Gajadhar Radhakrishna Sikariya government middle school, Dr Anshu Priya and Dr. Kailash Pati both dental doctors and principal of the school Vijyamalti Kumari jointly inaugurated the function lighting a ‘Dip’.  

Delivering his welcome speech, Anirudh Lohiya, chairman of the organization underlined the objectives of ‘ Mission 57’ and said the doctors graced this event would advice the children about the cleanness of their teeth and related disease out of dirt in teeth and body. He said the childrens were offered a kit that would help these poor children to clean themselves. The kits includes with brush,soap,paste and biscuits.

Dr Priya said that teeth problems are common among childrens. They have been advised to adopt measures to clean their teeth. Rahul Agrawal,Dipak Sharma,Kunal Agrawal,Rajat Agrawal, Gaurav Poddar, Gopal Sharma, Sachin Jain,Sumit Kumar Modi, Abhishek Agrawal. Prem Shankar Kumar and Dilip Kumar from organization’s blood donation groups also joined the function.
