The incident occurred in a village of Harpur police station under Adapur block in East Champaran district. 
The brave girl, fed up with the daily abuse, called 112, and the police quickly responded, taking her to the police station to file a complaint. 
The father's actions have not only harmed his daughter but also damaged the trust and sanctity of their relationship.
 
In this case, the police have registered an FIR under the POCSO Act and are working to arrest the accused father, who has fled from home. The victim will receive medical attention and be cared for at a remand home (Balika Grih).

This heartbreaking incident highlights the need for awareness and prevention of child abuse, as well as support for victims and their families.

मोतिहारी जिले के कल्याणपुर में एक निजी स्कूल के शिक्षक ने एलकेजी(LKG) के बच्चे को होमवर्क नहीं करने के लिए पहले तो खूब पीटा। जब शिक्षक को इतने से भी मन नहीं भरा तो शिक्षक ने उस मासूम बच्चे को छत से फेंक दिया। छत से गिरने के बाद बच्चा गंभीर रूप से घायल|

घायल बच्चे के पिता पिंटू कुमार ने बताया कि होमवर्क नहीं करने कारण शिक्षक ने बच्चे की पहले खूब पिटाई की| इसके बाद बच्चे को उठाकर छत से नीचे फेंक दिया| जब बच्चे की स्थिति के बारे में पूछा गया तो परिजनों ने बताया कि बच्चे की स्थिति अभी गंभीर बनी हुई है। परिजनों के शिकायत के आधार पर मामला दर्ज किया गया|  आरोपी शिक्षक को गिरफ्तार कर लिया गया है।

जब स्कूल संचालक से इस घटना के बारे में पूछा गया तो स्कूल संचालक ने इस आरोप को इनकार करते हुए कहा कि यह सभी साजिश स्कूल को बदनाम करने के लिए किया जा रहा है|
