एक ओर ‘नंदी महाराज’ को विधि-विधान से विदाई, दूसरी ओर पालतू बिल्ली की तलाश में जुटी पुलिस

रक्सौल : पूर्वी चंपारण ज़िले में रविवार का दिन पशु प्रेम और मानवीय संवेदना के अद्भुत उदाहरण के रूप में याद किया जा सकता है।

जहां एक ओर रामगढ़वा बाजार में एक प्रसिद्ध बेजुबान सांड “नंदी महाराज” को हिंदू रीति-रिवाज से अंतिम विदाई दी गई, वहीं मोतिहारी नगर थाना में एक व्यक्ति अपनी लापता बिल्ली की शिकायत लेकर पहुँचा, जिस पर पुलिस ने भी गंभीरता से कार्रवाई शुरू कर दी।

पहली घटना रामगढ़वा के गोला रोड की है, जहाँ बीते रविवार दोपहर नंदी महाराज घायल होकर गिर गए थे।

स्थानीय लोगों ने भ्रमणशील पशु चिकित्सा पदाधिकारी से संपर्क करने की कोशिश की, पर उनका मोबाइल बंद मिला।

बाद में एक निजी डॉक्टर को बुलाया गया, लेकिन रात साढ़े आठ बजे “नंदी महाराज” ने दम तोड़ दिया।उनके निधन के बाद गाँव भर में शोक की लहर दौड़ गई। पूर्व मुखिया अर्जुन प्रसाद, समाजसेवी कुणाल गुप्ता, कृष्णा कुमार उर्फ गब्बर, अंकित कुमार, राजेश गुप्ता, और सैकड़ों ग्रामीणों ने मिलकर नंदी महाराज का हिंदू परंपरा के अनुसार दाह संस्कार किया।

जेसीबी और ट्रैक्टर से शव को घाट तक ले जाया गया। स्थानीय थानाध्यक्ष राजीव साह के निर्देश पर चौकीदार सोनू यादव सुरक्षा व्यवस्था में मौजूद रहे।

उधर, दूसरी ओर मोतिहारी नगर थाना में एक ऐसी शिकायत दर्ज हुई जिसने प्रशासन और जनता दोनों को चौंका दिया। राजेश कुमार, निवासी मिस्कॉट क्षेत्र, ने अपनी पालतू बिल्ली के लापता होने की शिकायत दर्ज कराई।

राजेश ने बताया कि उनकी बिल्ली परिवार का सदस्य जैसी है और उसे लौटाने की गुहार लगाई।आश्चर्यजनक रूप से पुलिस ने भी इस मामले को संवेदनशीलता से लिया।

नगर थाना प्रभारी ने बिल्ली की फोटो सभी गश्ती दलों को सौंपकर तलाश का निर्देश दिया है। दोनों घटनाओं ने यह साबित किया कि संवेदना अभी भी ज़िंदा है। जहाँ रामगढ़वा में पशु को सम्मानजनक विदाई दी गई, वहीं मोतिहारी में इंसानों के साथ पशु के अधिकारों के प्रति नई जागरूकता दिखी है।

यह उदाहरण दिखाता है कि ज़िले में इंसानियत और करुणा केवल शब्द नहीं, बल्कि अब भी समाज की जीवंत भावना है — जहाँ पशु भी परिवार हैं, और संवेदना ही सबसे बड़ी संस्कृति।

20 दिन और पांच हत्या, विवेक सिंह और मंजु देवी हत्याकांड के कई अनसुलझे पहलू

मोतिहारी एसपी संगठित अपराध और अपराधियों के प्रति अपनी ‘ज़ीरो टोलेरेन्स’ नीति को याद दिलाते हुये कहा की भारतीय न्याय संहिता की धारा 111 और 112 के तहत इन अपराधियों और गिरोहों के साथ मजबूती के साथ निबटा जाएगा | साहनी गिरोह का सफाया किया जाएगा एवं एक एक अपराधी को सलाखों के पीछे भेजा जाएगा

मोतिहारी : जिले की पुलिस के बेहतर कार्यों के बाद भी हत्या जैसी जघन्य वारदातें थमने का नाम नहीं ले रही | भाई के द्वारा भाई की हत्या, दोस्त के द्वारा दोस्त ही हत्या और पति द्वारा पत्नी की हत्या जैसी घटनाएं अब आम होती दिख रही है | इन घटनाओं के बाद पुलिस की कार्रवाईयों पर कोई सवाल नहीं है, परंतु इतने सख्त कानून और कार्रवाईयों के बाद भी ऐसी घटनाओं मे बदस्तूर इजाफ़ा सवालों मे है | जिले मे पिछले बीस दिन मे पाँच हत्या, जिसमे दो संगठित अपराध का परिणाम बताया जाता है |

हरसिद्धि के गिवाढार मे विधवा मंजु देवी की निर्मम हत्या, दरपा थाना क्षेत्र तीन कोनी गाँव मे सगे बड़े भाई ने छोटे भी सुनील सिंह को गोली मार दी, अरेराज के रडिया गाँव के पास शिक्षा बिभाग मे कार्यरत कुबेर पांडे उर्फ अभिनंदन पांडे को गोली मार हत्या कर दी गई, इस मामले मे भी सगे भाई द्वारा हत्या के कान्ट्रैक्ट दिए जाने की बात कही गई, उसके पहले रडिया गाँव निवासी विवेक सिंह को रघुनाथपूर के लक्ष्मीपुर मे गोली मार हत्या कर दी गई |

यह हत्या जिगरी दोस्त झूना सिंह उर्फ़ मोहित सिंह द्वारा खुद से की गई, डुमरियाघाट के रमपुरवा मे अपने ही सगे पट्टीदार मोहम्मद शहाबुद्दीन को गोली मार हत्या कर दी गई | ये सभी बारदाते 20 दिनों के भीतर की है |

इसमे मंजु देवी हत्याकांड मे पुलिस किसी खास नतीजे पर नहीं पहुँच सकी है, मंजु के घर मे ही उसे गर्दन रेत कर हत्या की गई थी और उसकी एक बालिग लड़की को गायब होने की बात कही जा रही है | तीनकोनी निवासी सुनील सिंह के हत्यारे भाई पंकज सिंह को पुलिस ने हथियार के साथ गिरफ्तार कर जेल भेज दिया | डुमरियाघाट वाले मामले मे हत्यारे भाई की गिरफ़्तारी घटना के दो घंटे के भीतर हो गई |

इन हत्याओं की शृंखला मे कुबेर पांडे और विवेक सिंह दोनों ही घटना भले ही भाई और दोस्त द्वारा कारित बताई जा रही है, परंतु पुलिस के बयानों और अनुसंधानों पर भरोसा करें तो दोनों ही घटना एक संगठित गिरोह द्वारा कारित प्रतीत हुई | इन ‘शूट- आउट’ मे कॉन्ट्रैक्ट किलर्स और भू-माफियाओं की ‘स्वीकृत भागीदारी’ सामने आई है |

विवेक सिंह हत्याकांड मे दोस्त झूना, बाइक चालक रमानंद ठाकुर और हथियार सप्लायर चंदन सिंघानिया तो जेल भेज दिए गए, लेकिन मोतिहारी एसपी स्वर्ण प्रभात के अनुसार झूना ने घटना मे शामिल कुछ और लोगों का नाम पुलिस को बताया था, बाद मे चंदन सिंघानिया ने भी कुछ लोगों का नाम बताया, जो संगठित रूप से विवेक के पीछे लगे थे | लेकिन इन साजिशकर्ताओं के चेहरे से घटना के 19 दिन बाद भी पर्दा नहीं उठना सवालों मे है |

मोतिहारी एसपी तब एसआईटी को इन लोगों के विरुद्ध साक्ष्य जुटाने के निर्देश दिए थे, परंतु ऐसा प्रतीत होता है की एसआईटी मामले को या तो ठंडे बस्ते मे डाल दी है या फिर साक्ष्य जुटाने से पेरहेज कर रही है | हो सकता है कुछ व्हाइट कॉलर का इन साजिशकर्ताओं को संरक्षण प्राप्त हो रहे हो | फिर भी विवेक सिंह मामले मे चार्जशीट फाइल होने तक किसी तरह के अंदेशाओं पर भरोसा करना जायज नहीं है |

इधर कुबेर पांडे मामले मे पुलिस ने शार्प शूटर बाबर सहित हत्यारा भाई और तीन अन्य साजिशकर्ता, लाइनर को गिरफ्तार कर लिया है | बाकी तीन अन्य को गिरफ्तार करने की बात कही जा रही है | अरेराज अनुमंडल पुलिस पदाधिकारी रंजन कुमार ने मंगलवार को एक प्रेस मीट मे हत्या की पीछे की कहानी शेयर करते हुये, शूटर बाबर आजम, लायनर उज्जवल पांडे, मानिर आलम और अभिमन्यु कुमार को मीडिया के सामने प्रस्तुत किया |

Vivek Thakur Murder: Police Announced Rs 25K Bounty on Jhunna Singh, issues Ultimatum to Surrender Within 48 hours

The police in East Champaran district have made significant progress in the Vivek Thakur murder case. They've identified the shooter and conspirator, thanks to the Special Investigation Team's (SIT) scientific and quick investigation. The prime accused, Jhunna Singh, is a business partner of the deceased, Vivek Thakur.

According to Superintendent of Police (SP) Swarn Prabhat, Jhunna and his accomplice eliminated Vivek to take control of his money. The police have found transactions worth crores of rupees in Jhunna's bank accounts. They've also recovered CCTV footage showing Jhunna and his associate fleeing the crime scene.

The police have announced a Rs 25,000 reward for information leading to Jhunna's arrest and have given him an ultimatum to surrender within 48 hours. If he fails to do so, his properties will be confiscated.

MOTIHARI: Thursday’s shocking murder of a business man Vivek Thakur-what police called a targeted killing, is about to be uncovered. District police claimed on Friday that it has identified the shooter and the conspirator both-thanks to the scientific and quick investigations of the Special Investigation Team (SIT).

Superintendent of Police of East Champaran district Swarn Prabhat through a whattup communiqué said that assailants have been caught in the CCTV footage and modus operandi of crime has been recorded. Investigation revealed that one Jhunna Singh, son of Sanjay Singh, village Murarpur under Harsiddhi police station is found to be the prime accused in the case that killed Vivel Thakur to eat away his huge amount that had been kept by Jhunna. Jhunaa and Vivek both are business partners, he said.

CCTV Footage Before Killing

Detailing the SIT investigations, SP said that police went through the bank accounts of Jhunna, where transactions of crores of rupees were found. Jhunna and his accomplice eliminated Vivek to eat away his amount.

On the pretext of petrol, Jhunaa called Vivek and shot in his head in very close blank range and fled sitting behind his accomplice’s pulsar bike leaving behind his hamlet that police recovered from the crime scene.

SP further said that only the arrest of Jhunna, the other conspirators and associates, who helped in murder will be revealed. Police have procured another CCTV footage, which shows Jhunna coming from bike with his associate. The investigating officer has been instructed to include CCTV footage in the case diary so that culprits could be brought to justice in trial.

Vivek Singh' Murder Sparked Widespread Outrage In Motihari

The State Congress Chief, Dr. Akhilesh Prasad Singh, has strongly condemned the murder of Vivek Singh, a young trader from Motihari, and demanded the immediate arrest of those involved in the crime. Vivek was shot dead by two motorcycle-borne gunmen on Thursday morning, sending shockwaves through the community. The police have formed a special investigation team (SIT) to probe the incident, and the Superintendent of Police, Swarn Prabhat, has assured that all possible angles will be investigated. The incident has sparked widespread outrage, with locals gathering in large numbers at the Motihari Sadar Hospital where Vivek's autopsy was performed.

MOTIHARI: In a dramatic shootout on the outskirts of Motihari, two motorcycle born gunners shot dead trader Vivek Singh- a resident of Radhiya village under Sangrampur police station area in east champaran district on Thursday.

In morning, Vivek was going on his bike, when he was intercepted in Balganga locality and shot from very close blank range on the head and hand, police said adding “Doctors declared him brought dead leading motihari police to begin investigations and identify those involved in this incident.

The incidents prompted superintendent of police of east champaran district Swarn Prabhat to form a special investigation team (SIT) led by Sadar DSP Jitesh pandey. Mr Prabhat soon after the incident rushed to the spot where Vivek was attacked. “Someone called up Vivek and shot him dead” SP shared his preliminary investigations saying the SIT to go through all possible angles in the case.

Vivek –the deceased got married a few months ago and he has a great fan following among the youths. As the incident spread like wildfire, people thronged in Motihari Sadar Hospital, where autopsy of Vivek’s body was undertaken amid huge security arrangements.

Locals said that Vivek was sitting near his house when one of his staff asked him to go somewhere else with him. Later on the family came to know that he was killed. Cremation performed in Raghunathpur localities, where huge numbers of crowd gathers.

State congress Chief Dr Akhilesh Prasad Singh mourned the untimely demise of Vivek and condemned the cowardly acts of unbridled criminals in the state. He also consoled next to the family members of the deceased demanding immediate arrests of culprits involved in this crime. Besides, Mamta Ray district board chairman also consoled aggrieved family members demanding prompt action from district police administrations in this case.

Security beefed up on indo-Nepal border

MOTIHARI: Indian securities agencies have stepped up security along Indo-Nepal border on the eve of 77 th Indian Independence Day on Sunday.

Shashatra Seema Bal (SSB) guarding 1700 km long Indo-Nepal border told ‘Border News Miror’ that the border forces has been reinforced at the bordering areas in order to maintain robust security. Country is observing Independence Day on Tuesday.

Indian border forces are in high alert at various places of Champaran in Bihar including Raxaul, Ghodasahan, Kundwa Chainpur, Adapur and in Sitamarhi district to prevent any untoward incidents during the Independence Day celebrations, reports said.

47 battalion of SSB have started through frisking and vehicle check up and put all the hotels and shops under surveillance. A joint patrolling with APF-Nepali security forces is being undertaken on the international border, Securities forces is keeping close eye on public places, residential hotels, and restaurants. And owners of these hotels have been asked to report if they sense any suspects.

SSB have strengthened its intelligence on all exit and entry point of border. Security forces are also monitoring border pillars and frisking Indians and Nepali citizens crossing the border. The porous border of indo Nepal has always been in limelight for illegal activities and poses serious challenges before securities agencies.

Many Anti-India elements and the members of separatists groups have been arrested from this border by national securities agencies in the last few years. Smugglings of contrabands such as drugs, fake currency and yellow metals are common. Motihari SP Kantesh Mishra said criminals are being arrested with contraband goods like Charas and opium. Reports coming in that boozers use to bring liquor in Indian territories. All the police stations and officials have been asked to undertake regular patrolling on border.
