अभियुक्तों ने वादिनी की पुत्री को स्कूल से घर लौटने के दौरान अपहरण कर लिया था। मामले की सूचना मिलते ही पुलिस ने त्वरित कार्रवाई करते हुए छात्रा को बरामद किया और दोनों अभियुक्तों को गिरफ्तार कर लिया।

मोतिहारी। तुरकौलिया थाना अंतर्गत कांड संख्या–36/26 (पोक्सो एक्ट), दिनांक 19 जनवरी 2026 को दर्ज मामले में पुलिस ने त्वरित कार्रवाई करते हुए अग़वा छात्रा को सकुशल बरामद कर लिया है। इस कांड में नामजद दो अभियुक्तों को भी गिरफ्तार किया गया है।

 MOTIHARI: IN a bizarre case of murder, the 4^th Additional Session judge, Motihari on Wednesday sentenced wife and mother in law to life imprisonments in a 2022 case of a 42 year old Irshad aks Bablu.

The court found these two named accused guilty and awarded the life imprisonment to them under section 302 & 34 IPC. Irshad was strangulated on 13/9/2022 in Siswa Sove village falls within Kalyanpur police station of East Champaran district. The third accused Nashim Akhater- alleged lover of wife Sajda Khatoon is still evading police arrest.

The court of Raghvendra Narayan Singh meticulously went through the evidence on records of a case number 259/22 filed in Kakyanpur police station on 14/9/22. The named accused Khalikun Nesha (Mother In law of deceased) and Sajda Khatoon (Wife of deceased) were awarded life imprisonment. The court also slapped fine of Rs 7 thousands each convicts.

 Informant Sheikh Merajul Haq, father of deceased had alleged in his written statement on 13.09.2022 that his son namely Irshad Alam @ Bablu has been murdered by his wife Sajda Khatun, mother in law Khalikun Nesha along with other accused persons.

While hearing this interesting trials, the court has examined in total of 6 prosecution witnesses including the doctor and investigation officer. After trial the Court has found the accused persons guilty of murder of deceased Irshad Alam @ Bablu.

 Advocate Chaitanya, arguing counsel for the informant said that this case is not only a case of murder of an individual but it is a murder of trust and the sanctity of a relation between a wife and husband.

 As per section 106 of Indian Evidence Act, when incident took place in the house of accused persons onus lies upon the accused themselves as the fact of death was within his special knowledge hence the court has rightly convicted the accused persons for the murder of deceased Irshad Alam @ Bablu.

Additional Public Prosecutor (APP) Md Shahabuddin, said that the court has correctly found the accused persons guilty and in such a heinous crime where a wife having extra marital status found to be involved in a cold blooded murder of her hubby, should be marked as a rarest incident.

Superintendent of Police Swarn Prabhat has emphasized the importance of speedy trials, warning investigating officers against adopting a lackadaisical attitude in ensuring witnesses appear in court.
