Keshav Kumar- an advocate practicing in Bettiah civil court, while informing the development, said that the court of Abhishek Kumar Singh issued notice and order of the court was complied by local police immediately pasting it on the house of Mantu Singh with instructions to surrender before court.

 

The family members of the victim have been assured by police officers that Mantu Singh will be arrested. Superintendent of Police Sushant Saroj said that the police is continuously conducting raids to arrest Mantu and soon he will be sent behind bars. Proclamation notice has been pasted on house and police is mounting pressures on family members of accused persons to surrender.

 बेतिया।   अंतराष्ट्रीय गिरोह का भंडाफोड़ कर बेतिया पुलिस ने पांच अपराधियों को गिरफ्तार किया है। इस गिरोह की संलिप्ता बेतिया पुलिस जिला के पांच लूट कांड, एक हत्या, बगहा पुलिस जिला के तीन लूटकांड, पूर्वी चंपारण के छतौनी में उत्कर्ष स्मॉल फाइनेंश से 10 लाख की लूट, शिवम कुमार वर्मा की हत्या तथा सुगौली के एक लूट कांड में उजागर हुई है।
 पुलिस अधीक्षक उपेन्द्र नाथ वर्मा ने शनिवार को बताया कि गिरफ्तार अपराधियों में उत्तर प्रदेश के महाराज गंज के कोठीबाग थाना के जयसवाल नगर निवासी सैय्यद्दीन मियां उर्फ शंकर सिंह उर्फ राहुल (40), गोपालगंज के फुलवरिया थाना के सवनहीपट्टी निवासी एजाज अहमद उर्फ रेयाजुद्दीन (55), बगहा के पटखौली निवासी रंजन सिंह (42), बेतिया के चनपटिया थाना के बगही बनकटवा निवासी शेख नेजामुद्दीन (45) तथा साठी के सिरिसिया बेलवा निवासी अली हसन उर्फ मुखिया (42) शामिल है। इनके पास से लूट का 73500 रुपया, दो किलो चरस, नाइन एमएम की पिस्तौल, एक देशी कट्टा, आठ मोबाइल व बाइक बरामद हुए है। पुलिस अधीक्षक ने बताया कि इन अपराधियों की गिरफ्तारी से लूट की घटना पर लगाम लगेगी। ये लोग साइलेंट लूटेरे के तर्ज पर काम करते थे। मोबाइल से भी बहुत ज्यादा लोगों से संपर्क में नहीं थे। तीन-तीन महीने में मात्र दो या तीन बार ही कहीं बात करते थे।
