MGCU faculty selection faces scrutiny over experience certificate

MOTIHARI: Fresh controversy has surfaced around the ongoing faculty recruitment process at Mahatma Gandhi Central University (MGCU), with allegations relating to the authenticity of an experience certificate submitted by Dr. Sneha Chaurasia for the post of Assistant Professor drawing attention within academic circles.

Documents accessed by Border News Mirror (BNM) indicate that Dr. Chaurasia had submitted an experience certificate purportedly issued by a Nepal-based management college, claiming nearly seven years of teaching experience.

However, an independent verification conducted by the newspaper has reportedly raised questions regarding both the duration of service and the salary details mentioned in the document.

Sources associated with the Nepal institution, requesting anonymity, claimed that Dr. Chaurasia had worked there only for around six months. They further alleged that the salary figures reflected in the certificate appeared inconsistent with the institution’s pay structure, maintaining that even senior faculty members were not paid salaries of such scale in Indian currency.

The controversy intensified after another set of employment-related documents surfaced during the investigation.

The records allegedly show that Dr. Chaurasia was associated with a school in Motihari during the same period for which the Nepal-based experience was claimed.

The overlapping timelines have prompted demands for an official verification of the credentials submitted in the recruitment process.

The latest allegations have also revived discussion over earlier controversies linked to Dr. Chaurasia’s tenure as Guest Faculty at MGCU.

University sources and former students alleged that complaints regarding her classroom conduct had earlier been submitted before the administration. Audio clips purportedly related to those allegations had circulated locally at the time, though the university did not publicly disclose the outcome of any internal inquiry.

Sources familiar with the matter claimed that more than 40 students had earlier raised concerns regarding her conduct, following which her engagement as Guest Faculty was reportedly discontinued.

Neither Dr. Chaurasia nor university authorities have issued an official response to the allegations so far.
The controversy is expected to intensify as concerns over transparency and verification in academic appointments continue to attract wider attention.

टोल प्लाजा संचालक एवं आसपास के स्थानीय लोगों का आरोप है कि वायरल वीडियो में दिख रहे लोग स्थानीय चिकित्सक डॉ. श्रवण कुमार और उनके साथ आए कथित समर्थक हैं। आरोप है कि डॉ. श्रवण कुमार अपने लोगों के साथ टोल प्लाजा पर पहुंचे और कर्मचारियों को धमकाया।

मोतिहारी। सुगौली थाना क्षेत्र के फूलवरिया टोल प्लाजा पर बुधवार को उस समय अफरा-तफरी मच गई जब कुछ लोग हाथों में डंडे लेकर और मुंह बांधकर टोल प्लाजा पहुंचे और कर्मचारियों को धमकाने लगे। इस घटना का वीडियो सोशल मीडिया पर तेजी से वायरल हो रहा है।

टोल प्लाजा संचालक एवं आसपास के स्थानीय लोगों का आरोप है कि वायरल वीडियो में दिख रहे लोग स्थानीय चिकित्सक डॉ. श्रवण कुमार और उनके साथ आए कथित समर्थक हैं। आरोप है कि डॉ. श्रवण कुमार अपने लोगों के साथ टोल प्लाजा पर पहुंचे और कर्मचारियों को धमकाया।
बताया जा रहा है कि विवाद की जड़ फास्टैग से बार-बार पैसे कटने को लेकर है। टोल संचालक के अनुसार, डॉ. श्रवण कुमार और उनके साथ आए लोग डंडों के साथ टोल प्लाजा पहुंचे और जान से मारने की धमकी दी।

वहीं, दूसरी ओर डॉ. श्रवण कुमार ने आरोपों को खारिज करते हुए बताया कि उनका लोकल पास पहले से बना हुआ था, लेकिन टोल प्लाजा प्रबंधन द्वारा पास का रिन्यूअल नहीं किया जा रहा था। स्थानीय होने के कारण उन्हें बार-बार टोल से गुजरना पड़ता है, जिससे उनके फास्टैग से पैसे कट रहे थे। इसी बात को लेकर टोल कर्मियों से विवाद हुआ।

डॉ. कुमार का यह भी आरोप है कि टोल कर्मियों ने उनके साथ गाली-गलौज की और पहचान से इनकार किया, जिसके बाद वह घर गए और कुछ लोगों के साथ दोबारा टोल प्लाजा पहुंचे।
मामले की जानकारी मिलते ही मोतिहारी एसपी स्वर्ण प्रभात के निर्देश पर सदर डीएसपी दिलीप कुमार और प्रशिक्षु डीएसपी प्रियंका कुमारी द्वारा मामले की जांच कराई जा रही है।

एसपी स्वर्ण प्रभात ने कहा है कि वायरल वीडियो और दोनों पक्षों के बयान के आधार पर जांच की जा रही है, जांच पूरी होने के बाद आगे की विधिसम्मत कार्रवाई की जाएगी।
फिलहाल वीडियो में साफ देखा जा सकता है कि कुछ लोग लाठी-डंडों के साथ टोल प्लाजा पर पहुंचकर कर्मचारियों को धमकाते नजर आ रहे हैं, जिससे इलाके में तनाव का माहौल है।

एक सप्ताह में ‘प्रेस क्लब मोतिहारी’ को सौंपा जाएगा पत्रकार भवन- जिलाधिकारी

मोतिहारी। जिले में पत्रकारों के हित में एक अहम और ऐतिहासिक फैसला लेते हुए जिलाधिकारी श्री सौरभ जोरवाल ने “प्रेस क्लब मोतिहारी” की बहुप्रतीक्षित मांग को सहर्ष स्वीकार कर लिया है।

उन्होंने स्पष्ट निर्देश दिया है कि पत्रकार भवन को तत्काल प्रभाव से खाली कराकर एक सप्ताह के भीतर “प्रेस क्लब मोतिहारी” को सौंप दिया जाए। साथ ही भवन में संचालित किसी भी सरकारी कार्यालय को निर्धारित समय-सीमा में अन्यत्र स्थानांतरित करने की प्रक्रिया पूरी करने का आदेश भी दिया गया है।

मंगलवार 28 जनवरी को प्रेस क्लब मोतिहारी का एक शिष्टमंडल जिलाधिकारी से मिला और उन्हें ज्ञापन सौंपा। ज्ञापन में पत्रकार भवन को विधिवत प्रेस क्लब को हस्तगत कराने की मांग प्रमुख रूप से रखी गई।

जिलाधिकारी ने पत्रकारों की भूमिका को लोकतंत्र का चौथा स्तंभ बताते हुए उनकी मांग को पूरी गंभीरता और संवेदनशीलता के साथ स्वीकार किया। उनके इस त्वरित और सकारात्मक निर्णय पर प्रेस क्लब के सदस्यों ने आभार व्यक्त करते हुए साधुवाद दिया

इस अवसर पर जिलाधिकारी ने एक और महत्वपूर्ण पहल करते हुए प्रेस क्लब के अध्यक्ष को आईपीआरडी (सूचना एवं जनसंपर्क विभाग) के ग्रुप का एडमिन भी नियुक्त किया।

इसका उद्देश्य यह बताया गया कि वास्तविक और सक्रिय पत्रकारों को ही ग्रुप से जोड़ा जा सके, जिससे सूचनाओं का आदान-प्रदान अधिक पारदर्शी और प्रभावी हो।

बैठक में यह भी सहमति बनी कि वरिष्ठ पत्रकारों की एक समिति गठित की जाएगी, जो सक्रिय पत्रकारों की पहचान करेगी और आपसी समन्वय को मजबूत बनाएगी। इसके अलावा प्रत्येक माह एक कार्यशाला आयोजित करने का निर्णय लिया गया, जिसमें नए पत्रकारों को प्रशिक्षण देने के साथ-साथ समसामयिक विषयों और ‘एथिक्स ऑफ जर्नलिज्म’ पर चर्चा की जाएगी।

इस शिष्टमंडल में संजय कौशिक, राकेश कुमार, राजन दत्त द्विवेदी, नरेंद्र झा, ज्ञानेश्वर गौतम, कैलाश गुप्ता, सचिन पांडे, अविनाश कुमार सहित कई वरिष्ठ एवं युवा पत्रकार उपस्थित रहे। यह फैसला मोतिहारी की पत्रकारिता को नई दिशा और सशक्त आधार देने वाला माना जा रहा है।

मोतिहारी में आपसी रंजिश का खूनी अंत: युवक की मौत, दो मुख्य हमलावर गिरफ्तार

मोतिहारी : पूर्वी चंपारण जिले के मोतिहारी से एक सनसनीखेज वारदात सामने आई है, जहां आपसी रंजिश ने खूनी रूप ले लिया।

लखौरा थाना क्षेत्र के गोला पकड़िया गांव में अज्ञात बदमाशों ने एक विद्यालय के समीप 25 वर्षीय युवक सुमन कुमार उर्फ विक्की को गोली मार दी। गोली लगते ही युवक सड़क पर लहूलुहान होकर गिर पड़ा, जिससे इलाके में अफरा-तफरी मच गई।

घटना की सूचना मिलते ही ग्रामीणों ने डायल 112 पर कॉल किया। मौके पर पहुंची पुलिस टीम ने घायल सुमन को गंभीर अवस्था में सदर अस्पताल पहुंचाया, जहां इलाज के दौरान उसकी मौत हो गई। मृतक की पहचान महुआवा थाना क्षेत्र के कटगेनवा गांव निवासी राजेश यादव के पुत्र सुमन कुमार के रूप में हुई है।

पुलिस के अनुसार, सुमन एक दिन पहले ममहर धपहर गांव गया था और मंगलवार सुबह घर लौटते समय उस पर हमला किया गया। प्रारंभिक जांच में मृतक का आपराधिक इतिहास सामने आया है। उसके खिलाफ मुफस्सिल, महुआवा और लखौरा थाना सहित कई थानों में लूट और चोरी के एक दर्जन से अधिक मामले दर्ज बताए जा रहे हैं। पुलिस इस घटना को पुरानी आपसी रंजिश से जोड़कर देख रही है।

मामले में एक अहम तथ्य यह भी सामने आया है कि घटना से ठीक एक दिन पहले घोड़ासहन पुलिस ने सुमन को संदिग्ध गतिविधियों के चलते हिरासत में लिया था। थाने में पूछताछ और क्रिमिनल परेड के बाद उसे सोमवार शाम रिहा कर दिया गया था।

घटना की गंभीरता को देखते हुए अनुमंडल पुलिस पदाधिकारी जितेश पांडे के नेतृत्व में विशेष जांच टीम (SIT) का गठन किया गया। पुलिस ने त्वरित कार्रवाई करते हुए लगातार छापेमारी शुरू की, जिसके दौरान दो मुख्य हमलावरों को गिरफ्तार कर लिया गया है। पूछताछ में अपराधियों के नेटवर्क से जुड़े अहम सुराग मिल रहे हैं।

इस अभियान में प्रशिक्षु आईपीएस हेमंत सिंह सहित SDPO, DIU और संबंधित थानों के SHO की संयुक्त टीम लगी हुई है। पुलिस का दावा है कि बाकी फरार आरोपियों को भी जल्द गिरफ्तार कर लिया जाएगा।

इधर, स्कूल और रिहायशी इलाके के पास हुई इस गोलीबारी से गांव में दहशत का माहौल है। स्थानीय लोगों ने पुलिस से अपराधियों के खिलाफ सख्त कार्रवाई की मांग की है। फिलहाल इलाके में अतिरिक्त पुलिस बल की तैनाती कर दी गई है और हालात नियंत्रण में बताए जा रहे हैं। पुलिस हथियारों की बरामदगी और फरार आरोपियों की गिरफ्तारी के लिए लगातार छापेमारी कर रही है।

बीएनएम इम्पैक्ट: भ्रष्ट दरोगा पंकज कुमार सस्पेंड, मोतिहारी एसपी की बड़ी कार्रवाई से मचा हड़कंप

मोतिहारी : बीएनएम की एक्सक्लूसिव रिपोर्ट पर मोतिहारी जिले में बड़ा प्रशासनिक एक्शन हुआ है।

बीएनएम पर प्रसारित भ्रष्टाचार से जुड़ी खबर के बाद एसपी स्वर्ण प्रभात ने पताही थाना के दरोगा पंकज कुमार को तत्काल प्रभाव से सस्पेंड कर दिया है।

एसपी की इस सख्ती के बाद पूरे पुलिस महकमे में हड़कंप मच गया है।

दरअसल, शुक्रवार यानी आज ही बीएनएम ने एक विस्तृत रिपोर्ट प्रकाशित की थी जिसमें पताही थाने के अनुसंधानकर्ता दरोगा पंकज कुमार पर एक विवादित जमीन मामले में लाखों रुपये की उगाही के गंभीर आरोप लगाए गए थे।

खबर के साथ वायरल ऑडियो क्लिप्स भी सामने आए थे, जिनमें दरोगा खुद रिश्वत की रकम तय करता और बार‑बार रुपये मांगते सुना जा रहा था।

मिले ऑडियो में दरोगा कभी केस में राहत दिलाने की बात करता, तो कभी अभियुक्तों को फँसाने की धमकी देकर पैसे उगाही की कोशिश करता है।

पाँच ऐसे ऑडियो सामने आए, जिसने न सिर्फ पुलिस महकमे की साख पर सवाल खड़े कर दिए, बल्कि जनता में खूब आक्रोश पैदा किया।

मामला सामने आने के बाद मोतिहारी एसपी स्वर्ण प्रभात ने बीएनएम से कहा था, “वायरल ऑडियो की तकनीकी जांच कराई जा रही है। दोषी चाहे कोई भी हो, बख्शा नहीं जाएगा।

” अब एसपी ने अपने वादे पर अमल करते हुए दरोगा को निलंबित करने की कार्रवाई की है और मामले की जांच अनुमंडल पुलिस पदाधिकारी चन्दन कुमार को सौंपी गई है।
एसपी ने बयान जारी कर कहा—“प्रथम दृष्टया आरोप सही पाए गए हैं।

जांच रिपोर्ट आने के बाद विभागीय कार्रवाई की प्रक्रिया शुरू की जाएगी।” एसपी की इस सख्त कार्रवाई को भ्रष्टाचार के खिलाफ बड़ा संदेश माना जा रहा है।

एसपी प्रभात के कदम से प्रशासनिक हलकों में साफ संकेत गया है कि ‘वर्दी में भ्रष्टाचार’ अब बर्दाश्त नहीं होगा।

जिले के ग्रामीण इलाकों में जहां आम लोग पहले ही न्याय के लिए थाने का रास्ता पकड़ने से डरते हैं, वहीं इस घटना ने पुलिस की साख को झटका दिया था। लेकिन सस्पेंशन की खबर के बाद लोगों में यह उम्मीद जागी है कि ईमानदार नेतृत्व अब सक्रिय है।

बीएनएम ने जब इस मामले को उजागर किया, तब इसे आम जनता के हित में लगातार आगे बढ़ाया।

और अब, बीएनएम की खोजी रिपोर्टिंग का नतीजा सामने है—भ्रष्टाचार पर सख्त कार्रवाई।

सीमा के साये में गिरती नैतिकता: रॉयल लवली रिसॉर्ट में देह व्यापार का पर्दाफाश

भारत-नेपाल सीमा से सटे पूर्वी चंपारण के ग्रामीण इलाकों में नैतिकता का संकट नए रूप में उभर रहा है। सीमावर्ती बाजारों में तेजी से फलते-फूलते तथाकथित रिसॉर्ट और फैमिली होटल अब असामाजिक गतिविधियों के अड्डे बनते जा रहे हैं।

इसी कड़ी में सोमवार को घोड़ासहन थाना पुलिस ने एक ऐसे रिसॉर्ट पर छापेमारी कर देह व्यापार के धंधे का खुलासा किया है।

गुप्त सूचना के आधार पर घोड़ासहन थानाध्यक्ष के नेतृत्व में पुलिस टीम ने घोड़ासहन बाजार स्थित रॉयल लवली फैमिली रिसॉर्ट पर छापा मारा। पुलिस के पहुँचते ही वहां अफरातफरी मच गई।

सभी गिरफ्तार अभियुक्त

तलाशी के दौरान तीन पुरुष, दो युवतियाँ और एक महिला को संदिग्ध अवस्था में पकड़ा गया। इनमें एक युवक और एक युवती अवयस्क पाए गए।

जब पुलिस ने रिसॉर्ट के पंजियों की जांच की, तो आगंतुकों का कोई रजिस्ट्रेशन नहीं मिला। इससे साफ जाहिर होता है कि रिसॉर्ट का संचालन नियमों की अनदेखी कर गुप्त रूप से किया जा रहा था।

पुलिस ने मौके से संचालक सुवोध पंडित, पिता स्व. लक्ष्मण पंडित, निवासी महादेवा, थाना घोड़ासहन, को तत्काल हिरासत में ले लिया।
बरामद सभी व्यक्तियों को थाने लाया गया है, जहां उनकी पूछताछ की जा रही है।

प्रारंभिक जांच में यह बात सामने आई है कि रिसॉर्ट में लंबे समय से देह व्यापार और संदिग्ध गतिविधियाँ चल रही थीं।

पुलिस सूत्रों के मुताबिक, सीमावर्ती इलाकों में ऐसे कई होटल और लॉज आर्थिक आकर्षण के नाम पर युवतियों को फँसाकर अनैतिक कार्यों में धकेल देते हैं। नेपाल सीमा से लगे होने के कारण इन स्थलों पर निगरानी कठिन हो जाती है और तस्करी या अनैतिक व्यापार जैसी गतिविधियाँ आसानी से पनपने लगती हैं l

थानाध्यक्ष ने बताया कि संचालक के विरुद्ध प्राथमिकी दर्ज कर ली गई है तथा सभी संबंधों की कानूनी जांच की जा रही है। साथ ही आसपास के अन्य रिसॉर्ट और लॉज पर भी पुलिस अब सघन जांच अभियान चलाएगी।

यह कार्रवाई सिर्फ एक रिसॉर्ट का मामला नहीं, बल्कि गिरती सामाजिक और नैतिक मूल्यों पर करारा सवाल है।

MOTIHARI: Mahatma Gandhi Central University (MGCU) has taken stern disciplinary action against five students from the Departments of English and Management Sciences following a violent altercation that broke out recently on campus.

The incident has sparked discussions among students about campus safety and inter-departmental rivalry.

University’s Firm Action

According to an official communiqué released by the university on Friday, the disciplinary decision followed a detailed report submitted by the Proctorial Board. The report found the students guilty of serious misconduct, including assault and use of abusive language during the confrontation.

The university, acting under Clause 8 of Ordinance No. 17—which governs student discipline and outlines the duties of the Proctor—finalized the suspension in a meeting held on November 21, 2025.

Students Suspended for 14 Days

The Chief Proctor’s Office confirmed that the suspension is effective from November 22 to December 4, 2025. During this period, the five suspended students will be barred from entering all university campuses, academic blocks, and administrative buildings.

Those suspended have been identified as Kartik Kumar Mishra, Keshav Kumar Singh, and Pranav Kumar from the Department of English; Kanu Vaibhav, also from the English Department; and Ankit Kumar Mishra from the Department of Management Sciences.

Disruption of Campus Harmony

The Proctorial Board described the incident as a severe breach of university discipline. It stated that such behavior disrupts the academic environment and tarnishes the image of the institution. The Board further noted that the clash reflected “unbecoming conduct” inconsistent with the expectations of MGCU students.

To reinforce accountability, each of the five students has been directed to deposit a fine of Rs. 1,500 at the Office of the Chief Proctor by December 5, 2025. Proof of payment must be submitted immediately after the deposit, failing which the concerned students will not be allowed to appear for upcoming university examinations.

Ban on English Department Events

In an additional measure, the Office of the Chief Proctor has suspended all cultural activities and events organized by the Department of English until further notice. The directive underscores the institution’s zero-tolerance policy towards acts of indiscipline and its intention to preserve a peaceful academic environment.

Administration Reiterates Its Commitment

University authorities reaffirmed their commitment to ensuring a secure and respectful learning environment. A senior administrator stated that MGCU “will continue to take decisive action to maintain campus order and uphold institutional values.

Allegations of Harassment Spark Debate

Meanwhile, some students from the Department of Management Sciences have alleged that the incident stemmed from repeated cases of harassment during visits to the Bankat campus from their current facility at Balua Taal. They claim that female students of the department were teased, triggering tension between student groups. These claims, however, remain unverified by university officials. The university community now awaits further clarification from the administration as inquiries continue into the circumstances leading to the clash.

हरसिद्धि थाना वरीय अधिकारियो को करती है “मिस्लीड” ? गायघाट ‘शूट आउट’ मामले मे कोई प्रगति नही

हरसिद्धि थानाध्यक्ष पर पूर्व मे भी वरीय अधिकारियों को ‘मिस्लीड’ करने के आरोप लग चुके है। पूर्व मे थाना क्षेत्र के बैरिया डीह पंचायत के घोघराहा में जांच के दौरान एक पुलिस अधिकारी विभा रानी पर हमले की खबर आई, लेकिन इस मामले मे थानाध्यक्ष ने वरीय अधिकारी को सूचना दी की ऐसी कोई घटना नही घटी है। स्थानीय पत्रकारों पर आरोप लगा कि उनके द्वारा घटना को बढ़ा–चढ़ा कर पेश किया गया। जबकि घटना के एक दिन बाद उसी मामले मे पुलिस पर हमला के आरोप मे पांच लोगों को अभियुक्त बनाया गया।

मोतिहारी एसपी स्वर्ण प्रभात, जो गंभीर कांडों को जल्द से जल्द उद्भेदन को लेकर पूरे बिहार मे सुर्खियों मे रह रहे है, उन्ही के अधिकारी के गलत व्यानी और उक्त मामले मे ‘शिथिलता’ सवालों के घेरे मे आ गया है।

घटना के करीब दो सप्ताह बाद भी ना तो अब तक अपराधियो की पहचान हो सकी है और ना ही घटना के कारणो तक पुलिस पहुँच सकी है। जिसको लेकर आक्रोश पनपने लगा है और पीड़ित परिवार वाले दहशत के साये मे जीने को विवश है।

हैरत तब हुई जब बृहस्पतिवार को पुलिस ने संभावित हमलावरों के सीसीटीवी फुटेज जारी करते हुए पहचान करने पर दस हजार के इनाम की घोषणा करते हुए इस मामले मे पूर्व मे दिए अपने बयान से यू- टर्न ले लिया ।

बताते चले कि घटना के तुरंत बाद पुलिस ने घटना मे शामिल हमलावरों के पहचान होने और घटना के पीछे जमीनी विवाद के एंगल होने का दावा किया था। मोतिहारी एसपी स्वर्ण प्रभात ने स्थानीय पुलिस अधिकारियों के बयान के आधार पर घटना को लेकर प्रारंभिक सूचना मीडिया को दी थी। मीडिया ने इसी बयान के प्रमुखता से प्रकाशित भी किया था ।

लेकिन अब यह प्रतीत हो रहा है कि स्थानीय अधिकारियो ने विशेष कर हरसिद्धि थानाध्यक्ष ने मोतिहारी एसपी को फिर से ‘मिस्लीड’ यानि गलत बयानी करने का प्रयास किया है। घटना के बाद कुछ लोगों को पूछ-ताछ को लेकर ‘डिटैन’ किया गया था, जिसको पर्सनल बॉन्ड पर छोड़ दिया गया।

उल्लेखनीय है कि कामता मिश्रा को उनके दुकान पर ही तीन हमलावरों द्वारा गोली मार हत्या का प्रयास किया गया था। वर्तमान मे कामता मिश्र पटना मे इलाज के लिए भर्ती है, वही जिले के सभी व्यवसायी संगठन इस मामले को लेकर संदेहास्पद चुप्पी मे है। श्री मिश्र के परिवार वालो को मोतिहारी एसपी स्वर्ण प्रभात पर भरोसा है।

बताया गया कि घटना मे अगर हमलावरों की पहचान स्पष्ट नहीं हो तो अज्ञात पर मुकदमे होने से पुलिस स्वतंत्र हो कर अनुसंधान करती है, लेकिन नामजद अभियुक्त को पकड़ना और उद्भेदन दोनों ही आसान होता है। कामता मिश्रा के साथ-साथ शिक्षक राजकुमार सिंह दोनों का मुकदमा अज्ञात पर हुआ था । दोनों मे अभियुक्तों की पहचान अभी बाकी है। शिक्षक राजकुमार सिंह को दो गोली और 15 चाकू चिरैया थाना क्षेत्र मे मारे गये थे।

इधर बताया गया कि हरसिद्धि थानाध्यक्ष पर पूर्व मे भी वरीय अधिकारियों को ‘मिस्लीड’ करने के आरोप लग चुके है। पूर्व मे थाना क्षेत्र के बैरिया डीह पंचायत के घोघराहा में जांच के दौरान एक पुलिस अधिकारी विभा रानी पर हमले की खबर आई, लेकिन इस मामले मे थानाध्यक्ष ने वरीय अधिकारी को सूचना दी की ऐसी कोई घटना नही घटी है। स्थानीय पत्रकारों पर आरोप लगा कि उनके द्वारा घटना को बढ़ा–चढ़ा कर पेश किया गया। जबकि घटना के एक दिन बाद उसी मामले मे पुलिस पर हमला के आरोप मे पांच लोगों को अभियुक्त बनाया गया।

The Abhinandan murder case has been solved, and it's a shocking tale of fratricide. Abhinandan Pandey, a native of Laukahan Pakadiya in Bihar's East Champaran district, was found dead on a state highway near Radhiya village on December 31. Initially, the police thought it was a road accident, but an autopsy revealed a bullet mark and profuse bleeding as the cause of death.

A special investigation team (SIT) led by SDPO, Areraj dug deeper and picked up two suspects. The interrogation revealed that Abhinandan's own brother, Lokesh Pandey, had hired a contract killer for Rs 1 lakh to eliminate him and gain control over their shared properties. Lokesh has confessed to the crime, and the police are now on the hunt for the shooter.

It's a disturbing case of sibling rivalry turned deadly, and the police are commended for cracking it quickly.

MOTIHARI: IN a country, where Lord Rama’s brother Lakshaman and Bharat fulfilled their duties, setting an example of great sacrifice and devotion, a ‘Kalyugi brother allegedly killed his own brother in a property dispute in Gobindganj police station area in Bihar’s East Champaran district.

The body of Abhinandan Pandey was found lying on a state highway near Radhiya village under Gobindganj police station on 31 December last, which was recovered by police on local’s calls.

The deceased- a native of Laukahan Pakadiya under Pahadpur police station area was posted in BRC Pahadpur in education department. He was eliminated by a contract killer at the time he was returning from his duties. Two unidentified gunners riding on a bike shot him very close blank range and killed him on spot, police said.

Killing was meticulously planned so that apart from family members, local police took it as a case of road accident initially. “They sent the body to Motihari Sadar hospital with enquests of a road accident to undertake an autopsy, but the doctor, while undertaking the autopsy, found a bullet mark on the deceased’s body and observed profuse bleeding led to his death.

The mysteries behind this fratricide came to light when a special investigation team (SIT) constituted by superintendent of police (SP) Swarn Prabhat, delved deep into the case and picked up two suspects.

The interrogation revealed that Abhinandan’s own brother Lokesh Pandey hired a contract killer paying Rs 1 lakhs and eliminated him to control properties in deceased shares.

A press communiqués issued by district police headquarter reads that Lokesh Pandey-the fratricide admitted that his contract killer eliminated Abhinandan aks Kuber at his behest.

Sub-divisional police officer, Areraj Ranjan Kumar, who led the SIT told that his police team is running after shooter to arrest him and commended the proper coordinations of SHO Gobindganj Raju Kumar, SHO Pahadpur Jitendra Kumar and their team for cracking the case before time.

पहाड़पुर थाना क्षेत्र के लौकाहा, पकड़िया के रहने वाले कुबेर पांडे बड़े ही नम्र और दयालु स्वभाव के व्यक्ति थे | घटना के बाद लोग कई तरह के सवाल कर रहे है |

जानकारों ने बताया कि इसी रडिया गाँव के रहने वाले विवेक सिंह की हत्या रघुनाथपूर क्षेत्र मे कर दी गई थी | इस मामले मे हत्यारा सहित तीन लोग गिरफ्तार हो चुके है जबकि घटना मे शामिल षड्यंत्रकारियों की भी पहचान हो चुकी है, लेकिन अभी भी सभी षड्यंत्रकारी पुलिस की पकड़ से बाहर है | पुलिस साक्ष्य जुटाने की बात कह कर इन षड्यंत्रकारियों पर से पर्दा उठाने से परहेज करती दिख रही है |

The police investigation into Vivek Thakur's murder is unfolding, with a focus on white-collar and real estate mafia connections. On Saturday, Chandan Singhania, an arms supplier, was arrested and interrogated, revealing names of other criminals involved in the crime. The police are collecting evidence to bring these individuals to justice.

Chandan Singhania has a history of criminal cases, including the Pawan Gupta murder case, for which he was jailed. The current investigation has also led to the recovery of the pistol used in Vivek's murder.

MOTIHARI: While the police are tightening their noose on all the criminals involved in the killing of realtor Vivek Thakur on 19 December at a location of Laxmipur under Raghunathpur Ps in Motihari, panic gripped among the potential conspirators in this case.

On Saturday, SIT formed in this case arrested the arms supplier Chandan Singhania son of Baidhnath Singh, Damobriti of Harsiddhi and also recovered the pistol, which was used in the murder of Vivek.

Superintendent of Police (SP) of east champaran Swarn Prabhat said, “Chandan Singhania was grilled and he also revealed names of some other criminals involved in this crime. Evidences are being collected to let axes of laws fall on them”, he said.

Chandan, including Matiyaria Pacs chief Pawan Gupta murder case, is carrying a number of criminal cases over his head. Chandan had gone to jail in the Pawan Gupta murder case. Notably, Gupta was killed in which local village representative Surendra Singh was made name accused. At the time of murder of Gupta, enraged locals attacked police, which prompted police to open fire.

Piqued over broad daylight murder, residents in huge numbers gathered at Nursing Baba Math and chalked out a series of agitations to support Vivek cause, but sensing the police's sincerity in this case, they postponed everything for the time being and adopted a wait and watch policy.

After Vivek was executed, Motihari police took the case in priority and Motihari SP himself started monitoring everything. The killer Jhunna Singh aks Mohit Singh was forced to surrender before court and court sent him to jail but police grilled Jhunna in jail for up to three hours and revealed names of many real estate mafias and white collars, who allegedly hatched conspiracy to eliminate Vivek. Names of these people are still undercover.

A police officer requesting anonymity said that, “Political pressures are mounting, but Motihari SP is not going to spare anyone who played roles in this high profile murder. Regardless of the stature of criminals and their protectors, all will be booked and brought to justice, he said.

मोतिहारी: मोतिहारी मे कथित रूप से ड्रिंक और ड्राइव मामले मे शहर के भवानीपुर जीरात के एक गरीब व्यक्ति की हुई मौत मामले मे पुलिस ने जांच शुरू कर दिया है | आरोपी छतौनी निवासी शिवाजी के पुत्र 25 वर्षिय उदेश्य के खून के नमूने लेकर पुलिस यह तसदीक करने मे जुट गई है कि क्या वाकई मे बाइक ड्राइविंग के वक्त उदेश्य कुमार ने शराब पी रखी है |

बताया गया कि रविवार को बाइक चालक के लापरवाही से एक 35 वर्षिय युवक की मौत नेशनल हाइवे स्थित रहमानीय मोड़ पर घटना स्थल पर ही हो गई | मामले मे बाइक चालक भी घायल हो गया, जो वर्तमान मे रहमानिया अस्पताल मे भर्ती है | पुलिस प्रशासन पर घटना मे लिपा-पोती का आरोप लगते हुए स्थानीय लोगों द्वारा सड़क को जाम किया गया, जिसे प्रशासन के अस्वासन के बाद वापस ले लिया गया |

थाना प्रभारी धनंजय कुमार ने कहा कि मामले मे अभी तक कोई आवेदन नहीं आया है, फिर भी पुलिस अपने स्तर से प्राथमिकी दर्ज करने की कार्रवाई कर रही है, जबकि पीड़ित पक्षों ने कहा कि थोड़ी देर मे थाने मे आवेदन भेज दी जाएगी | परिजन मृतक के दाह संस्कार मे व्यस्त हो गए थे यही कारण है कि आवेदन मे विलंब हो गई |

पुलिस ने बताया कि मृतक की पहचान छतौनी थाना क्षेत्र के भवानीपुर जीरात निवासी स्वर्गीय हरिवंश प्रसाद का 35 वर्षीय पुत्र उमाशंकर प्रसाद उर्फ़ चाहा के रूप में हुई है।

घटना के संबंध में वहां मौजूद लोगों ने बताया कि उद्देश्य अपनी बाइक से काफ़ी तेज़ी से आ रहा था। इसी बीच सड़क पार करने के दौरान ठोकर मार दिया। जिससे चाहा सड़क पर ही गिर गया। आस पास के लोग जब तक पहुंचे उमाशंकर की मौत हो चुकी थी। वही बाइक चला रहा युवक उद्देश्य भी घायल हो गया, जिसे 112 की पुलिस ने उठाकर रहमानिया मेडिकल सेंटर में भर्ती कराया। जहां उसका इलाज चल रहा है। जैसे ही इस बात की जानकारी मोहल्लेवासी को लगी सभी घटना स्थल पर पहुंचकर हंगामा करने लगे।

वहीं इस दौरान मोहल्ले वासियों ने 112 कि पुलिस पर पक्ष पात का आरोप लगाते हुए सड़क जाम कर दिया। सड़क जाम कि सूचना मिलने के बाद सदर डीएसपी जितेश पांडे, छतौनी थानाध्यक्ष धनंजय कुमार, नगर थानाध्यक्ष विजय कुमार मौक़े पर पहुंचकर सभी को समझा बुझाकर शांत कराया और सड़क जाम समाप्त कर शव को पोस्टमार्टम के लिए भेज दिया।
