Cops Crack Realtor Murder: Shooter Involved In Krishna Sahani Murder Arrested
ASP Shivam Dhakad, said that during interrogation Golu broke up revealing the cause of murder and the people involved in this crime. Golu’s elder brother Bittu Sahani and one Md Hasim of Majuraha were engaged in real estate trades with the deceased. The financial dispute that erupted among them led to the killing of Sahani, in which all three were involved.

MOTIHARI: A 20-year-old assailant identified as the shooter in Pachrukha shootout, in which one Krishana Sahani- a real estate trader shot dead, was arrested on Sunday.

With the arrest and recovery of murder weapon used in this crime, the police claimed to have cracked the case within 12 hours of Sahani’s execution, who was claimed to have been shot dead by unknown assailants.
On Saturday’ evening, Krishna Sahani -a native of Agarwa localities in town succumbed to his injuries after more than two bullets pumped in his body near Pachrukha village at national highway-28 under Banjariya police station area.
Sahani was returning to his home from Harsiddhi, when two motorcycle border assailants intercepted him and opened fire. Doctor declared him dead profusely bleeding and bullets damaging his prime organs citing the cause of death.
Sensing the seriousness of the case, superintendent of Police (SP) Swarn Prabhat constituted a special investigation team (SIT) under the leadership of assistant superintendent of police (ASP) Shivam Dhakad.
SP himself visited the crime scene to understand the modus operandi of crime and instructed SIT to act accordingly. Multiple teams were instructed to raid at the possible head outs of suspects and finally the team zeroed in on shooter Golu Sahani, son of Rajkishor Sahani native of Agarwa in Motihari.
While interacting with a newsman in the town police station, ASP Shivam Dhakad, said that during interrogation Golu broke up revealing the cause of murder and the people involved in this crime. Police said that Golu’s elder brother Bittu Sahani and one Md Hasim of Majuraha were engaged in real estate trades with the deceased. The financial dispute that erupted among them led to the killing of Sahani, in which Bittu, Gulu and Hasim were involved.
SP Swarn Prabhat announced Rs 15000 each on the head of absconding killers and issued the warning to attach the properties of all if they failed to surrender before police within stipulated time frame.
Along with ASP Shivam Dhakad, town inspector Vijay Kumar, SHO Banjariya Ramesh Kumar Mahto, Deputy SHO town Praveen Kumar Pandey, Inspector Muffasil Munna Kumar were also joined the investigating team.
