The Abhinandan murder case has been solved, and it's a shocking tale of fratricide. Abhinandan Pandey, a native of Laukahan Pakadiya in Bihar's East Champaran district, was found dead on a state highway near Radhiya village on December 31. Initially, the police thought it was a road accident, but an autopsy revealed a bullet mark and profuse bleeding as the cause of death.A special investigation team (SIT) led by SDPO, Areraj dug deeper and picked up two suspects. The interrogation revealed that Abhinandan's own brother, Lokesh Pandey, had hired a contract killer for Rs 1 lakh to eliminate him and gain control over their shared properties. Lokesh has confessed to the crime, and the police are now on the hunt for the shooter.It's a disturbing case of sibling rivalry turned deadly, and the police are commended for cracking it quickly.

MOTIHARI: IN a country, where Lord Rama’s brother Lakshaman and Bharat fulfilled their duties, setting an example of great sacrifice and devotion, a ‘Kalyugi brother allegedly killed his own brother in a property dispute in Gobindganj police station area in Bihar’s East Champaran district.
The body of Abhinandan Pandey was found lying on a state highway near Radhiya village under Gobindganj police station on 31 December last, which was recovered by police on local’s calls.
The deceased- a native of Laukahan Pakadiya under Pahadpur police station area was posted in BRC Pahadpur in education department. He was eliminated by a contract killer at the time he was returning from his duties. Two unidentified gunners riding on a bike shot him very close blank range and killed him on spot, police said.
Killing was meticulously planned so that apart from family members, local police took it as a case of road accident initially. “They sent the body to Motihari Sadar hospital with enquests of a road accident to undertake an autopsy, but the doctor, while undertaking the autopsy, found a bullet mark on the deceased’s body and observed profuse bleeding led to his death.
The mysteries behind this fratricide came to light when a special investigation team (SIT) constituted by superintendent of police (SP) Swarn Prabhat, delved deep into the case and picked up two suspects.
The interrogation revealed that Abhinandan’s own brother Lokesh Pandey hired a contract killer paying Rs 1 lakhs and eliminated him to control properties in deceased shares.
A press communiqués issued by district police headquarter reads that Lokesh Pandey-the fratricide admitted that his contract killer eliminated Abhinandan aks Kuber at his behest.
Sub-divisional police officer, Areraj Ranjan Kumar, who led the SIT told that his police team is running after shooter to arrest him and commended the proper coordinations of SHO Gobindganj Raju Kumar, SHO Pahadpur Jitendra Kumar and their team for cracking the case before time.
