New Delhi| (HS) As many as 127 people have died in violent clashes between soldiers and ordinary civilians during a disarmament exercise in the central southern Sudanese city of Tonj. The army spokesman gave this information on Wednesday.
Army spokesman Lul Rui Koeng said that according to the latest figures, the death toll has increased to 127. Among those who died, 45 are security forces, while 82 are armed youth of that area.
